For one of our client, the international organization in Poznań, we are currently seeking for
Account Executive
Location: Poznań
Duties /Responsibilities:
- Project management of a wide range of creative projects, including creative development and design production of projects
- Identifying potential resource issues (understand clients' business aims and objectives)
- Responsible for design production of advertising, campaign materials and online projects
- Collaboration with external and internal partners to write effective strategy
- Recommendation of various solutions to project members and external/internal partners
- Close cooperation with marketing and operations teams
- Outline specific requirements in project strategy
- Manage to prevent potential issues
- Complex communication throughout project lifecycle
- Creation, organization and leading partner layout presentations
Requirements:
- At least 2-3-years' experience of client management, preferably in advertising/marketing agency
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English - is a must
- A good knowledge of printing production processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
- Practical experience in project management
- Superb time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as enjoying being part of a team
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills –is a must
- Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional and FileMakerPro will be an asset
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in financial sector would be an asset
