For our international Finance Departmentwe are seeking the following:

Invoice processing - handling invoices vouched for payment (from arrival to post)

Entering data, documents filling and scanning, administration of our internal accounting software

Managing company’s global accounting mailbox and ticketing system, analyzing external and internal requests

Reviewing incoming invoices, contacting with our vendors and suppliers in case of delays, missing information, incorrectness etc.

Tracking payment deadlines, following up with internal invoice approvers, managing requests for payments

Providing accurate 1st level of support for the company’s financial liabilities
- Previous experience in the field of invoicing/AR/AP
- Strong analytical, numeric and organizational skills
- High level of personal responsibility and focus on a detail
- Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Higher education qualification in related area (financial, accountancy etc.)
- German language
