Your new company
For our Client, well-known international institution located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Application Services Lead.

Your new role
As the Application Services Lead you will be responsible for resolving major incidents within complex environments, managing incident progress and resolution communications across the business and technology, verifying the severity of all incidents in order to execute relevant actions as well as leading incident reviews for managed incidents. Moreover, on this position you will suggest and drive improvements, interfere with business/suppliers and take part in projects onboarding of new services from Service Management perspective.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate you need to possess BA/MA Degree and at least 5-7 years of Application Service experience. Moreover, you must have knowledge related to team management, strong planning, organizational and communication skills as well as practical experience of multiple Service Management processes. If you possess ITIL certificates, that will be considered as your additional asset. Very good English language skills is a must.
