Job description
Local team supervisory:
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Address client expectations through seamless services delivery
- Remain accessible to your client, respond to queries from Trading, Sales, Operations, Middle Office and Finance
- Act as central point of contact for all the process related issues / improvements etc
- Drive creation of subject matter expertise within team through structured training program
- Ensure that operational controls are adequate and performed as required
- Effectively manage risk
- Partner with your regional counterparts to achieve a global, regional or product consistent framework for the services provided
- Lead process improvement through innovation and transformation projects
- Manage transitions within Asset Servicing areas
- Participate & lead cross-departmental initiatives formulated to create or improve existing functionality and processes
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in investment fund industry
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Manage high volumes of work with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong numerical skills, investigation and reconciliations ability
- Controls focused
- Innovation focus
- Fluent English
