Financial Advisory. We provide advice in the scope of corporate finance, capital and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, due diligence and restructuring.
The position will be based in Katowice
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of audit, financial controlling or transaction services experience,
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reports,
- A strong command of spoken and written English and Polish,
- Excellent knowledge of Excel based tools,
- Excellent analytical skills,
- Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Deloitte professionals,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to interesting M&A transaction on Central European market,
