For our Client, an innovative IT company providing enterprise software solutions, we are currently looking for Billing Team Leader to join finance department of their new Center of Excellence in Krakow.
Billing Team Leader will report directly into the Finance Director. Billing Team Leader will be part of the order to cash cycle, responsible for managing a team of accountants.
While working at this position you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of global invoicing, working closely with the Global Renewals Team and Account Managers. You need to understand SLA requirements and drive team to consistently achieve and surpass expectations, review invoicing process in order to implement changes that will result in a more efficient and effective process. You will be also a point of contact for escalation of issues within assigned process. What is more, Billing Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring any errors with invoicing are addressed and root cause analysis is performed and monthly close deadlines are met.
An ideal Candidate will need to be self-motivated individual with strong leadership and management skills. Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics educational background, as well as experience in a collections control or a similar role, preferably within the software industry is required.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English, additional European language would be an asset. Proficiency in Excel and Word Processing as well as Six Sigma certification are strongly preferred.
