Business Analyst Coordinator

The Role:
- You will be a key member of the Analyst Hub responsible for providing standardized transaction management and client accounting reporting using Business Intelligence solutions for one of the largest UK financial institution
- This position offers an opportunity to develop commercial real estate knowledge, client accounting, account management knowledge together with analysis and reporting skills and to learn a new approach toward data visualization and best-in-class Business Intelligence software
Your main responsibilities are:
- Providing regular reports, analysis and presentations for the transaction management and client accounting teams
- Assuring data integrity and effective reports validation
- Propose initiatives for reporting automating, improvements and data visualization
- Participating in building analytics and reporting competences for the leader in real estate services cooperating with group of experts and talents
- Draft playbooks & process maps to document reporting activities
Key Requirements:
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
TOOLS & PROCESSES
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly
- Experience and creativity in preparation of reports, dashboards
DATA ANALYSIS
- Experience in coordinating data collection across different stakeholders
- Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity
- Translate data into insights: ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business data
COMMUNICATION & PRESENTATION
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information
- Ability to press for a timely and complete response from stakeholders
- Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external)
OTHERS
- Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects)
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
- Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative
Desirable:
- Experience in using Business Intelligence, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik View, Spotfire
- Working knowledge of VBA
- Commercial Real Estate and financial knowledge and experience
- Transaction Management experience
- Experience in working with databases
