Your role
Are you passionate about regulatory topics and ready to strive for impact? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment? We look for someone like that to:
- engage in determining business relevance of new regulatory developments and analyze actively and self-driven regulatory requirement
- act as a Business Analyst for dedicated projects and build subject matter expertise for cross-border regulatory topics
- scope the definition of analysis terms of reference and initiate necessary actions
- cooperate other departments, support planning and project management
Your team
You’ll be working in the newly built, multi-functional team for Wealth Management BR&RM (WM Business Risk & Regulatory Management) in Wroclaw. WM BR&RM provides best in class, effective and efficient risk management support, regulatory implementation and defined front office mandates which enable business division Wealth Management to deliver on its client promise/value proposition.
UBS Wealth Management provides comprehensive financial services to wealthy private clients around the world – except those served by Wealth Management Americas. UBS is a global firm with global capabilities, and Wealth Management clients benefit from the full spectrum of UBS’s global resources.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- university degree with preferable follow up education in regulatory / compliance management
- an affinity for regulatory topics and investment products and services
- minimum of 3-5 years of experience in specifying and implementing changes as a Business Analyst, sub-project or Project Manager in the field of banking / investment products and services
- proven conceptual know-how with ability to translate legal compliance and regulatory requirements into business context
You are:
- proactive, cooperative, service-oriented and ready to take the ownership in dedicated content and not afraid of challenges
- focused, able to prioritize properly and striving for excellence in everything you do
- an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- fluent in English and ideally in German too
