Job description
- Contribute developing and maintenance of reporting dashboard products.
- Participating in business transformation projects – focus area is data extraction and analysis.
- Participating in building data repositories / reporting dashboards for the Client.
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship.
- Providing process quality assurance of data published in the reporting dashboards.
- Providing high quality various reporting both standard and non-standard.
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity gains increase is in line with contract requirement and Client satisfaction.
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Position purpose
We are team of Business Analysts supporting various transformation initiatives, mainly in the area of small software development & reporting engines.
We are looking for a candidate who will support various transformation projects.
The scope of activities is very interesting and complex and includes in particular: gathering business data as a trigger to key project initiatives, building reporting repositories and dashboards, supporting functionally reporting dashboard activities, assist Client to perform business value analysis.
Requirements
- Very good command of English.
- 1 year of experience in Reporting area (creating reports, macro improvements).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Multitasking, ability to organize own work in regards to project activities and reporting cycle routine.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
- Teamwork approach.
- Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization) will be an asset.
- MS Access or any data base system knowledge will be an asset.
- Experience with Oracle based ERP systems and Business Object will be an asset.
