Results:
• Deliver the right functionality in the right way by owning the functional design, and delivery of the functionality to market, in partnership with the Software Engineers and Test Analysts. Measure effectiveness of product design using customer satisfaction data.
• Be the functional design leader and gatekeeper by designing, reviewing, gathering customer feedback and overseeing implementation of end-to-end functional solution. Review existing design for gaps and develop an improvement plan based on your initial experiences.
• Drive planning (Release, Sprint) in partnership with the Development team, including goals and priorities, capacity and exit criteria.
• Make others great by effectively and iteratively communicating product priorities and customer and partner requirements, understanding dependencies and removing obstacles from team productivity. Be the internal voice of the customer and partner for the Development Team.

• Strong technical skills and problem solving abilities;
• Strong business skills to drive the overall business case, scope and design goals;
• Process oriented and good knowledge of application data modeling;
• Strong ability to design effective solutions and influence design decisions. User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development;
• Experience with User Interface Design and usability principles;
• The ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You have intelligent risk taking tendencies - you are not afraid to fail, but fail fast, and learn from the mistakes making everyone around you better for it;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years (junior) or minimum 5 years (senior) of experience as an IT consultant, developer or designer
• Global ERP software experience is preferred.
• Agile/lean work experience is preferred.
