As a Business Analyst you will be responsible to:
• Develop and manage the Portfolio of SKUs and their lifecycle within CMS
• Analyze the utilization and sales trend to ensure that the objectives are achieved (usage/revenue/commercial model).
• Troubleshoot SKU issues and resolve end to end (Propose, Qualify, Book, Entitlement)
• Ensure appropriate booking and revenue is classified under CMS hierarchy
• Assist Quoting Team and align stakeholders and collateral with SKU and SCID mapping
• Maintain SKU information in necessary tools (ATB, TMS, SLIM, Athena, ConnectDots)
• Co-ordinate and work in partnership with global team in a cross-functional organization to drive Sales optimization and efficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement methodologies for automation, standardization, reporting, processes and benchmarking.
• Build stakeholder relations (e.g., establish productive and reciprocal relationships with Business Cross functional influence and abilities Development Team, Sales Operations, IT and other stakeholders)
• Distribute Team communications (e.g., facilitate information sharing, advocate client positions, leverage team resources)
Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, computer science or mathematics/statistics
• 3-5 years of related data analytics / financial analysis background
• Proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of Tableau
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and remotely as this is a global position
• Cisco Experience with Internal Teams, Tools and Processes would definitely be an advantage
