For our new Business Centre in Kraków we are currently looking for:
Business Applications Analyst
Job Purpose:
You will be a part of the team that support IT aspects of projects to define and develop business capabilities and services through the provision of robust IT solutions. The team also perform designed research and analysis typically focused on projects relating to more than one business unit.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support business team with questions/issues of credo (invoicing solution) system
- Definition and prioritization of issues/enhancements
- Definition of releases and follow up of documentation/approvals in Symphony
- Support and cooperation with Mphasis team to define/develop/test
- Follow up of performance and well-being of Credo system
- Definition of requirements for mix/match system in Credo – support in development – testing and roll out
- Definition of requirements for Credo dashboard for business – support in development – testing and rollout
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Informatics/Accounting, Commercial Engineer/Degree or Computer Sciences/Civil Engineer or similar
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles and/or industries
- Very good IT skills, knowledge of SQL and testing - Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages is an asset
- Good written & excellent verbal communication skills - Customer relationship management skills with the ability to identify and align efforts with the internal and external customers’ needs - Experience of evaluating complex regional/divisional business requirements and translating them into workable IT specifications - Excellent analytical skills with experience of evaluating complex & diverse business & technical requirements - Good p.c. skills including competency in the use of Word, Excel, Power point & Project Management software
