Your new company
For our Client, one of the largest and oldest US-based financial institutions, operating more than 230 years and conducting their operations in 100 markets and 35 countries, we are searching for experienced individual that is willing to develop within the Central Expense Team.
Your new role
The CEU Supervisor has responsibility for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and calculation of all areas of Centralized Expense processes. He/she is responsible for Monitoring Total Expense Ratio movement and investigating any exceptions, reviewing of budget files as per agreed procedures, maintaining the documentation and reviewing the payment instructions. The role also requires the Candidate to act as a the primary contact for clien's on operational and client servicing issues as well as serving as a role model and mentor to staff, with the goal to developing personnel on a career path. Working collaboratively and on a timely basis with managers to review operational controls, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing remediation activities emanating from operating incidents and near-miss events are also the core part of the role. The post also involves people leadership of the designated area, while serving as a role model and mentor to staff, with the goal to develop the resources and create the opportunity to develop a career path within the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
The desired candidate should be enthusiastic, attentive to detail, flexible and have the drive to be successful while working in a dynamic environment. The candidate will need both strong communication and time management skills. He/She should be a team player, focused on consistently achieving both team and company goals. The Best Fit Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a corporate environment. Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines. The experience in financial services / accounting; experience in fund administrations not a must, however would be an advantage. Specific expense related experience desirable.
