Currently we have the opportunity for a well-rounded English speaker Operational Excellence who will lead Philips framework to establish foundation in Operational Excellence & partnership alignment with key internal - and external – customers.

• Examine and optimize existing KPI framework of the functions, process leads to determine relevant baselines & targets for applicable metrics going forward.  
• Set up framework for Operational Excellence:  Transactional benchmarks and organizational measures with accurate, timely reporting.
• Accountability for ensuring KPI deployments are linked through the organization and driving to attainment.
• Ensure availability & installation of standard toolset to achieve high level of digital reporting (set target for what amount his should be – increasing each year).
• Own process framework for mapping Service Catalog, aligning with & driving influence on PEPF where needed.  
• Set local CI agenda in line with both  priorities and functional strategies
• Create via leadership behaviors & communications strategy, a common & transparent understanding of the Service Catalog & Center of Excellence Operating principles
• Ensure completion of local requirements around Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and Documents of Understanding (DOUs) for all scope included with Center of excellence and stakeholder population
• Ensure charging of Service via DOUs is communicated, understood and flowing correctly. 
• Monitor all aspects of local labor rates, ensure utilization tracking & cost pool alignment for accurate and efficient charging.

• Masters degree /  5-8 years experience in managing Lean initiatives’.   Preference given to Black belts or progression towards upper certifications of LEAN
• Broad business knowledge and experience working across multiple business functions and industries
• Demonstrated understanding, knowledge of transition & change management and the systematic approach to dealing with change
• Strong working knowledge of internal processes (i.e, transfer pricing, reporting, data management)
• Transparent & leads by example
• Results driven, pragmatic
• Embraces change
• Very good level of English and Polish
