Currently for our Client, well-known Company with a good position on the international market, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Client Relation Associate with French/Spanish/Dutch
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers;
- providing a wide range of administrative tasks;
- providing customers with appropriate solutions within specified time frames and according to guidelines;
- creating and maintaining positive relations with clients;
- supporting other team members in everyday activities.
Our requirements:
- Fluency French/Spanish/Dutch and good level of English;
- experience in the customer service or administrative area would be an asset;
- good knowledge of MS Office (SAP would be a great asset);
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
