Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, PR or related field (or other formal training)
- 2-3 years' experience in online and / or mobile marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in major areas of online and mobile marketing including SEO, ASO, PR, content marketing, SMM, media buying, cross-promotion and CRO
- Fluent in industry tools (e.g. Flurry, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, AppAnnie, SensorTower, SWRVE, etc.)
- Experience in launching and implementing mobile advertising campaigns
- Ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking
- Ability to quickly experiment and iterate on different marketing concepts
- Passion for goal-oriented marketing communication
- Knows mobile marketing trends, Apple’s AppStore and Google Play’s best practices
- Willing to be creative and test new marketing approaches
- Strong ability to lead user research and testing activities and deliverables
- Self-motivated, driven
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and assets including dynamic and static banners, video ads, landing pages, emails, in-app messages, visual and textual components for App Store and Google Play applications pages
- Work with functional design team to define mobile advertising requirements and develop creative briefs
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate mobile advertising campaigns promoting the sales of products and services, i.e. mobile apps
- Get compliance approvals for all the newly produced promotional assets
- Localization of the existing and newly produced promotional assets
- Set up user segments, push and in-app messaging campaigns
- Develop app launch, traffic acquisition and user retention strategies
