For our Client, international, production company, we are currently looking for the candidates with good knowledge of English and fluent French or German, who would like to join customer care department team.
Main duties:

- extensive customer service of B2B Clients (receiving and coordinating orders)
- providing support for European Clients (English and French or German)
- entering orders into ERP system
- verifying correctness of data in the system
- updating database
Requirements:
- good knowledge of English language
- very good knowledge one of the follwing languages: French or German
- highly developed communication skills and pro-client approach
- good knowledge of Ms Office
