The department is new on one hand but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Customer Data Management Team Lead

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Team Leader will lead the team to provide customer satisfaction, serving mainly Sales and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible both for daily operation as well as strategic vision of the team. Core responsibilities cover managing customer data in various tools as well as keeping customer data accurate, transparent, easily accessible and stored in one place.The second key goal will be to complete the project of consolidation of both resources and systems into one department. The scope is going to be global, including EMEA, APAC, North & Latin Americas. Scope of Expectations:
• Leadership and performance management of the team, developing skills and abilities within the team whilst ensuring the necessary tools and training are available to achieve the most from each team member.
• Manage and maintain the customer master including setup of new accounts in multiple systems and tools.
• Maintain the accuracy of customer information
• Regular review and removal of duplicate customer records
• Adherence to all SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) financial requirements and testing annually, ensuring alliance with the Quality Management System and taking part in ISO audits and conducting internal audits.
• Daily issue resolution, dealing with customer complaints / issues and root cause analysisin accordance to Motorola Solutions high quality standards with the aim to increase and optimizecustomer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Providing metrics and reports to Management as required
