The Customer Service Agent is a position reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. The position involves primarily dealing with customers via phone and e-mail.
Responsibilities:

Answering customers’ queries in a professional manner via phone and email

Log calls from customers and follow procedures to resolve problems

Contributes to achievement of Customer Service performance and quality standards

Effective and positive communication among your team, with customers and other business partners
Skills required:

Proficiency in French and B2 level in English
