Job Description
- processing orders from the clients
- coordinating products availability in cooperation with product management and purchasing department
- in time invoicing, shipping and export documents settlement incooperation with logistics provider and external forwarders
- contact on a daily basis with customers and sales team
- at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service department
- desirable experience in paper/packaging industry
- fluent English (French will be a huge asset)
- excellent communication and computing skills
- well-organised and focused on details attitude
- SAP competence will be an advantage
