For our Client, a company specialized in providing IT services for Scandinavian banking sector, we are looking for a Data Migration Test Manager experienced in multinational large-scale Agile projects. On this position you will build and implement Migration Test Strategy and Plan for the program, you will lead all migration test efforts across Delivery Streams from requirements to Go-Live as well as plan & manage Trial Migrations. You will be also responsible for:
- mentoring all teams related to migration testing topics
- ensuring that test tool chain meets team’s needs
- managing test cooperation with external parties
- establishing and driving effective utilization of test automation frameworks
- driving continuous improvements: encouraging and leading the changes and striving for technical excellence.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
- 10+ years of experience from the field of QA engineering
- 5+ years of experience from large-scale and complex data migration projects
- 2+ years of managerial experience in managing teams of >50 people
- experience in QA in Agile (Agile Testing)
- profound understanding of banking architecture (batch runs, multiple integration technologies, SOA patterns, etc.) and role of QA domain as a part of large scale data migration project
