Main accountabilities
- Support the process of internal and external reporting
- Cooperating with the Delivery Teams across various centers in the area of providing required data and analyses
- Command Center Portal Maintenance - managing users accounts, development of online interactive reports in HTML, Javascript
- Suggesting, developing and maintaining appropriate tools to automate and improve data collection process as well as operational F&A tasks performed for the Client
- Being involved in relevant Command Center projects delegated by supervisor
Candidate’s profile
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
- Professional experience in Reporting, Data analysis areas
- Very good analytical skills & attention to details
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Knowledge of: HTML, CSS; Visual Basic/macro programming
- Knowledge of Fusion Charts, JavaScript, CSS, Oracle would be an asset
- Background in O2C would be a strong asset
- Focus on providing high quality services
- Very good communication skills
- Proactive attitude and innovative approach
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Very good organizational skills
