For our client – SPN Tech http://spntech.pl/ Norwegian company establishing new office in Gdańsk – we are looking for people who want to become members of a team of professionals, creating a line of software products in area of Debt Collection Software and comprehensive office suite for SME market.

Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Leader of Development Team;
- Motivated person with strong leadership qualities;
- Strong full stack development experience in ASP.Net/DotNetNuke;
- Knowledge of C#, SSRS, DotNetNuke and Team Foundation Server will be a plus;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Flexible approach to solutions.
- Leading the team of C#, DotNetNuke/ASP.Net/SSRS Developers and Testers;
- Developing and implementing new modules/ functions for Debt Collections systems (80+% of work);
- Coordinating workflow between Norwegian and Polish teammates (up to 20% of work);
- Making tailor-made solutions (80%) , maintaining current solutions (20%) and use your expertise to providing the best level of service for the customer;
- Developing, motivating team members and assess their performance;
- Sharing knowledge and motivating others.
