Your new company

One of the developing Scandinavian company from media industry. Company was established in Poland in 2012 (Kraków). Since 2014 company is developing also in Gdańsk. Currently the company is expanding Tricity team and looking for passionate DevOps Engineer.

Your new role

You will be responsible for automating the operations of large-scale distributed systems, taking care of quality of cloud services and supporting Continous Delivery pipelines development. As DevOps Engineer you will closely cooperate with engineering providers to follow the infrastructure guidelines, build self-service solutions and implement monitoring solutions. You will be the one engaged in load and penetration testing.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need solid UNIX/Linux background and knowledge of cloud platforms. We are looking for real passionate with excellent understanding of HTTP and REST and Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery concepts. Moreover, you may be interested in this role if you have strong network skills; practical experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Puppet) and monitoring and logging tools. Fluent English, previous experience with Bash/Perl/Python (writing scripts) and practical knowledge of Linux containers are also essentials. Practical knowledge of microservice architecture, SQL, web servers and experience in load and penetration testing will be advantages.
