As a Distribution & Marketing Analyst you would be expected to:
- Develop and implement organization-wide, multichannel customer journeys
- Plan, design and implement multichannel operating models spanning entire product and customer lifecycles

FS Distribution & Marketing jobs stipulate certain requirements. Candidates for Distribution & Marketing Consultants are expected to possess competencies in following areas:
- Higher degree from a world class university proven by superior academic record
- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience working in customer experience or user experience area or electronic/mobile distribution, preferably in the financial services industry
- Profound knowledge of the digital and multichannel fields of distribution proven by experience gained by operating at all stages of distribution channel development lifecycle – from initial strategy projects through to full program delivery
- Extensive knowledge of customer journey methodologies and ability to translate customer value and moments of truth into innovative business and marketing processes design
- Deep expertise in designing and fine-tuning multi-channel operating model and applying digital innovations to distribution channels: branch, call center, online, ATM, mobile
- In-depth knowledge and experience of user interface design for consumer applications, preferably mobile devices and web apps or sites
- Extensive knowledge and experience with architecting and applying user-centered process designs while working collaboratively with customers, users and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flex would be an asset
- Knowledge of salesforce motivation and performance measurement would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of financial services business model, products and value drivers would be an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to creatively untangle complex issues and develop innovative and efficient solutions within a narrow time frame
- Exceptional presentation skills and an ability to explain complex concepts in non-technical language and clearly elaborate on business value generated through their application
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
