This is a new role for a client with great presence globally. Due to continues success and growth and in front of the next phase of international expansion they are looking to strengthen their Dynamics AX Competency Centre team providing full range of ERP in their Internal Group.

 

Work Summary

  • Deliver high quality ICT application support (Dynamics AX) to business users for internally managed ICT applications across Europe.
  • High quality ICT application support is focused on the following objectives:
    • Manage incidents and standard change requests from receipt to resolution and closure, while maintaining service level agreements and key performance indicators
    • Complete the initial diagnosis of incidents and either resolve to the business users satisfaction or
    • escalate to second/third line support using agreed processes
    • Fulfil standard change requests to the business users satisfaction or escalate to second/third line
    • support using agreed processes

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and log incidents and standard change requests using the ICT ticket system, while ensuring
  • accurate data entry
  • Provide timely feedback and status updates to business users for all incidents and standard change
  • requests assigned via the ICT ticket system
  • Provide Dynamics AX support to business users by organizing training sessions or promoting best
  • practices, both on site and remote
  • Create and maintain documentation to support the resolution of incidents and the fulfilment of
  • standard change requests
  • Active involvement in team meetings, trainings and other events to support further development and
  • improvement of the ERP system
  • Coaching of support specialists in the application area to enable potential growth

Qualifications and Knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in business or computer sciences
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with an integrated ERP system (MS Dynamics AX) and
  • related systems (e.g.: AX add-ons, CRM, workflow tools, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Analytical and conceptual skills to analyze and resolve incidents and standard change requests
  • Good language skills (fluent in English and sufficient in German)
