Description
You will be involved in very interesting topics in SW development regarding maritime devices. REC Global is a trusted and valuable partner for the leading company in VDR (Voyage Data Recorders – “black boxes”) and navigation technology. They are a reliable provider of nautical equipment such as VDRs and electronic sea charts (ECDIS) for the shipping and shipbuilding market.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of software on low and mid-level
- Model-based architecture and design of system software
- Supervision and implementation of developed software concepts
- Planning, implementation, integration and testing of the developed software
Requirements
- Programming in C/C++
- Knowledge of Linux
- Low and middleware level development experience
- Development experience related to marine radars
- Experience with DSP
- Good English knowledge
Preferences
- Knowledge of maritime standards and technologies
- Knowledge of embedded system architecture
