Europe Training Specialist (Poland and Germany)

For our Client, a leading player in the financial services market, we are looking for a training professional who will join the company on a permanent basis
Role description:
- Under the guidance of the Training Partner Europe identify where training can support consistency, efficiency and best practice against agreed standards for employees based in the European operating companies (specifically Poland and Germany)
- To support the companies through the design and delivery of appropriate training programmes
- To support the implementation of new or enhanced processes and systems, including the new platform
- To work with the Training Team to ensure consistency of approach, efficiencies and sharing of best practice
Responsibilities:
- To deliver a structured training programme in the Core Professions of Credit Control and Client Management
- Deliver “working practice” training programmes for Client Management, Credit Controllers, Data Processors, and other operational role holders to ensure consistency in standards & practice. To include the variety of products and systems within the region
- Deliver new training programmes or tailor, current material within the Training Team Core Professions portfolio - applying and adapting this material for the region
- Work effectively with the Training Partner Europe to understand where training is required and where to prioritise training
- Work effectively with the Training Partner Europe [and other European Executives] to understand new products, processes, initiatives and systems to design/deliver appropriate training programmes to support these
- To deliver system training to ensure best practice use across the different roles
- To develop and support the delivery of the induction programme including structured training templates and programmes for each role
Requirements:
- Industry experience (financial services, banking, etc.) or proven training experience
- At least good level of Polish, English and German
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of operations and risk procedures
- Strategic thinking
