Your role

We are looking for someone who will help us with:
- conducting financial analysis to support senior management meetings
- preparation of key presentations and financial results for senior executives
- building analytical frameworks, tools and reports to support our partners and fulfill business needs
- addressing ad-hoc analytical and financial enquiries to better understand business drivers
- leveraging and further strengthening the cooperation between Zurich and Krakow based teams
Your team
You'll be working in CFO Financial Analysts Team in Krakow Business Park in Zabierzow, with opportunities to travel to Switzerland at periodic intervals.
We are part of the globally-focused Finance team partnering for Wealth Management Investment Product and Services (IPS) unit.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- at least 1-2 years of experience in the area of financial analysis, accounting, controlling or finance in general
- very good written and spoken English
- knowledge of Financial Industry with strong understanding of Profit and Loss dynamics
- very strong knowledge of MS Excel skills and MS PowerPoint
- strong numerical and analytical skills
- very good communication skills and ability to work with various levels of stakeholders
- proactive and self-motivated personality able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure
You are:
- able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and you can flexibly manage different tasks at the same time
- able to question the status-quo and strive for process improvements
- curious and open-minded
- a great communicator (and you know how to handle challenging situations)
