Finance Controller

Requirements:
- Accounting Qualification (Equivalent of CPA in US, ACA in UK)
- Cost accounting and manufacturing experience
- Prior experience implementing and using an ERP system
- Ability to demonstrate commercial involvement in the business, not just produce numbers
- Cash forecasting and management
- Experience of recruitment and management of a Finance team
- Capable of statutory reporting for Poland
- English speaking
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, and government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Recruit employees; assign, direct and evaluate their work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence; oversee HR function
- Work on a road map for IT requirements
