Finance Manager for a new SSC start-up

For our Client, one of the most prestigious company in their business line who is establishing its new Shared Service Center office in Warsaw, we are looking for an expert for the position of:
Finance Manager
The scope of responsibilities will include:
To manage and oversee the efficient operation of all Finance related functions and processes at the firm’s Business Services Center (BSC) and to ensure they align with the business objectives of the firm.
Work closely with decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective and efficient finance and accounting processes within the BSC.
Support Head of BSC in managing internal Finance & Accounting for the Centre incl. planning, budgeting, forecasting, closing, cash flow management
Development and maintenance of reporting. Production of the reports and analysis around profitability, costs etc.
Ensure that all Finance & Accounting processes are managed in line with respective local law and regulations (e.g. tax law, accounting standards etc.)
Administration of the BSC management and financial accounts, forecast and budget process delivery, liaising across all BSC departments
Cooperation with external providers regarding accounting, tax and payroll services for the BSC
Support the migration of Finance & Accounting processes to the BSC
Support in defining and managing KPIs and SLAs
Leading continuous process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and service quality
To manage direct reports to ensure departmental work is completed in an accurate and timely fashion and to support and develop direct reports to ensure they have the skills to manage their teams and meet technical demands of their roles
Taking part in recruitment of finance and accounting staff
To manage performance reviews, provide feedback and motivate the team

Requirements:

At least 4-6 years of experience in a role of SSC/BPO Finance Manager in a multinational company
Excellent communication & presentation skills with fluent English written and spoken
Strong experience in providing finance and accounting services
Process deep expertise in accounting, finance, tax, reporting, controls etc.
Qualified accountant with knowledge of Polish and International accounting standards
Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met, delivering a high quality service
Flexibility in approach to challenges and ability to adopt to dynamically changing business environment
Commercially focused – ensuring that advice is given and strategy is executed in a sufficiently sensitive and supportive organizational manner to ensure sustained progress and success
Stake holder management skills in local / regional / global environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; can clearly explain and present problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution.
Understands the need for documentation and well-defined procedures
Able to work under pressure to tight project deadlines and can adapt to differing demands, prioritizing tasks where appropriate and ensuring complete 'follow through' on operational issues
Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal using
