For our Client, the world’s biggest supplier of solutions, systems and equipment to the oil and gas industry, we are looking for Finance Manager.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for leading and managing the finance and administration team (7 subordinates) and providing finance and admin support to all internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to statutory and tax reporting, business controlling as well as corporate and management reporting. As a Finance Manager you will handle financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities (monthly reporting, group consolidation, tax planning, cost optimization, cash management and treasury), supervise and monitor the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables and inventory and ensure all financial transactions are consistent with the local accounting principles, company policies and transfer pricing regulations. On this position you will be also responsible for monitoring performance and efficiency of the business for Poland, properly interpret financial information and support business leads to drive business decisions. Your role will be to act as a partner with external parties (tax & legal advisors, auditors, vendors). You will implement system and process changes, playing a key role in continuous improvement projects and provide leadership to the team and develop strong finance and administrative capability.
A successful Candidate should have a master’s degree in finance or accounting and more than 7 years of experience in this field, at the same time having experience in a similar role in international company. Furthermore, the Candidate should have strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and IFRS and solid understanding of Polish taxes and transfer pricing. Computer literacy (Microsoft office, ERP systems) are expected. You need to present strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management and interpersonal skills.
