General merchandise operations manager

- Lead and co-ordinate activities to deliver the General Merchandise strategy across Central Europe
- To be the ’Go To’ person for relevant Central Europe General Merchandise Areas
- To deliver Central European General Merchandise business objectives for stores via effective communication and use of new and existing store processes, procedures and people
- To cascade and manage operations projects developed by local and UK team and to own the successful delivery of these projects in country
- Understanding of country and global product processes
- Demonstrated stakeholder and cross-cultural management skills
- Store operations, Commercial or similar position experienceis an advantage
- Production and factory experience (optional)
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Ability to multitask and work under time pressure, enquiring mind & attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills, conceptual thinking
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
