The Global Business Analyst will be a key member of the Analyst team responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics for Portfolio Services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop analysis and reporting skills, learn a new approach to data visualization and best-in-class Business Intelligence software and database solutions. The person employed to this position will participate in building analytics and reporting competences for the Client’s global portfolio.

Develop and maintain real estate portfolio reporting in Excel, Tableau and SSRS

Reconcile changes to the portfolio on a monthly basis

Assuring data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required audience

Propose initiatives for reporting automating, enhancements and improved data visualization
-
Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects

Preparation of reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external circulation

Effective dealing with ad-hoc reports
-
Ability to design bespoke analysis, reports and dashboards
Essential:

Language – Fluent in written/verbal English

Proficient knowledge of Excel

Working knowledge of VBA

Experienced in working with databases
