Global Data Manager

Job Summary:


The Global Data Manager (GDM Lead) is the single global point of contact to the Client and CBRE leads, accountable for the management of account relationships and responsible for ensuring that the account fulfils its data management requirements and obligations as defined by the contract, account playbook and the Global Account Alliance Director, to whom he reports.

The successful candidate will work with a Global and Virtual team and will be required to make occasional global business trips.


Responsibilities:
  • Day to day responsibility of the Global Lease Administration service delivery including regular reviews and meetings with Client"s Global Real Estate teams and Functional leads across regions
  • Co-ordination of Global Lease Administration resources and alignment of roles and responsibilities between CBRE, Regional Data Managers and the Client's teams
  • Management of the Global team and providing support and mentoring to the team to up-skill the senior team and to identify resource optimisation during the contract term
  • Supporting CBRE regional teams in the delivery of formal reports to Client's country and regional teams, including the proactive management and oversight to ensure closure of transactional and critical date events
  • Drive, lead, manage and deliver Management Information (MI) reporting strategic agenda including MI in response to Executive requirements. Build group wide relationships with key Client's vendors in order to drive the management information agenda
  • Create and deliver key innovations within MI reporting and presentation strategy with Client, including online and digital formats
  • Quality Assurance, best practice and governance on processes, on boarding of new processes and ideas from other CBRE Global accounts, communication of same to Client as appropriate
  • Oversight of ongoing projects including re abstraction of portfolios and ongoing audits
  • Implementation of expanded scope and remit including the project oversight, governance, reporting and execution
Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Corporate Real Estate, Estates Management, Portfolio or Performance Reporting or Analysis is required with a degree in an appropriate field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in creating and deploying best practices and methodologies
  • Project management experience
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • A working knowledge of a second language is beneficial but not required
