HR Administrator with German

Opis stanowiska:
For our client, prestige global company opening its new back office in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for position of: HR Administrator.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in a wide range of areas, (e.g., new hires employment contracts, onboarding and mobility coordination, invitation and reference letters);
- Create and maintain personnel files, including processing, distributing and filing all new hire paperwork according to the local labour code and data protection regulations;
- Administer HR-related processes, programs and databases (e.g., benefits open enrollment, payroll, mobility, loan programs, insurance, CSSA tuition, housing allocations);
- Conduct personnel analysis and reporting, using Firm databases;
- Provide additional administrative support where needed.

Wymagania:
- Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field;
- Preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment;
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English and Germn (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent), additional proficiency in any other major European language desirable;
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications; preferably knowledge of relevant local HR regulations and issues;
- Strong process focus and drive for results;
- Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines;
- Solid communication skills;
- Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement.
