The purpose of the role:
The Junior HR Advisor is responsible for providing administrative support in one or more specialized functions of HR such as Personnel Administration, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Travel & Expenses.
In this role you will:
• Maintain employee records and applicant databases in the relevant HR systems
• Prepare output documents with regard to observing data protection policies
• Process personnel applications, forms, statistics and any other highly confidential material
• Compile reporting data for analysis, and may perform routine analyses
• Assist employees in the completion of appropriate forms, calculation of benefits
• Develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff
• Answer general questions and inquiries in various areas of Human Resources via email, phone, post or any other channels
• Reconcile physical or scanned document information with HR system information
