Requirements:
- Experience in an HR environment (min 1 year),
- Knowledge of global HR organizational landscape and HR operational processes, knowledge of SAP HR (at least 1 year working experience),
- Experience in project leading will be an asset,
- Very good English.
Job description:
- Supporting different HR projects in the SSC connected with processes and working routines, specifications and requirements
- Developing and update policies, procedures and best practices to help SSC specialists to answer customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Cooperating closely with countries to update legally required specifics in global standardized HR processes
- Working with SSC specialists to optimize daily work and find the most efficient and effective way of working, leading the needed changes supported by the specialist in each functionality
- Working close with transition project during transition and stabilization to ensure a smooth cooperation between SSC and the country,
- Working closely with Application Developers and Continuous Improvement Specialist to determine, communicate and validate business requirements. Gathers, and defines requirements of all types, and documents them (requirements specification, process flows)
- Fluent in Excel with ability to work with lookups, pivot tables.
