Your new company
For our Client, international manufacturing company, we are looking for the Candidate for the position of HR Business Partner.
Your new role
The person on this position will be a part of HR Team and will be responsible for implementing HR policy in business strategy of the company. The main tasks on this position will include: responsibility for the HR policy according to business needs within the company, consulting with managers workforce planning, job role definitions and will be a partner with recruitment processes, helping in candidate evaluation and selection, providing guidance and influence key staffing decisions, as well conducting on – boarding processes. HR Business Partner will support managers in implementing performance appraisals, performance management processes, creating individual career trajectories and delivering training programs. The person on this position will provide proactive leadership and creative insights to clarify and resolve business issues, coach managers, support employees in their labour law issues. In addition HR Business Partner will implement compensation and benefits policy, procedures and practices as well conduct analysis of compensation and benefits, salary structure and deliver salary surveys trends. The person on this position will also have to ensure policies, guidelines, and procedures are in complies with employment laws.
What you'll need to succeed
We require min. 3 years of experience, gained in international organization on independent HR role in industrial/manufacturing environment; very good command of English; university degree on Labor law, Economics, Psychology or similar field; excellent knowledge of labour law (Labor Code and Trade Union legislative acts); highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to coach leaders and develop individuals to ensure high level delivery of HR services. The Candidate should be well-organised, flexible, have analytical skills, be able to strategic thinking, work under pressure and perform multiple tasks effectively, as well have ability to work in changing environment. In addition the Candidate should be able to work independently, as well within a team.
