For our client, an international production company we are currently looking for HR Manager.

Scope of duties:
- Manage, coach, support and develop HR Team
- Coordinating and administering various aspects of the organization’s HR area, what includes: compensation and benefit, training, organization development, internal communications and employee relations programs etc.
- Assuring that the HR strategy, global procedures are included in the action plan of the local HR
- Contribution to building local business competencies by setting goals and working on them, along with the local management
- Supporting and advising the local managers on all matters relating to the HR area
- Cooperation with stakeholders from other branches
- Working on improvement of HR processes
- Support and initiate personal and organizational changes within the company
- Have responsibility for managing HR budget
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in human resources related degree
- Approx. 4 years of professional experience at similar position
- Manufacturing experience
- Mother tongue Polish and fluent English
- Solid practical functional knowledge about HR processes and Polish labor regulations & practices
- Strong ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mobility (ready for the future growth within company)
- Multitasking, proactivity, can-do attitude
- Excellent leadership skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
