Your new company
For our Client, a global industry leader in consumer and corrugated packaging located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Infrastructure Delivery Manager.
Your new role
As an Infrastructure Delivery Manager you will manage the team responsible for first and second levels of support and maintenance for the virtualization/server operating systems, ensure cases are managed to proper resolution and to an appropriate service time, manage change management requests, provide regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports as well as provide cost and financial analysis. Moreover, your duties will also include implementing documentation and procedures, cooperating with other teams in IT department, managing resources and people processes and also conducting performance evaluations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a relevant person on this position you need to have Bachelor’s or relevant degree in IT field, solid experience gained on the similar position (minimum 10 years in IT business) and be proficient in the area of virtualization/server operating systems (VMware/Windows/Linux/AIX), network infrastructure (Cisco) and database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). Moreover, you have to have the ability to solve problems, develop new ideas, clearly communicates differing viewpoints as well as provide technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures. Very good English language skills is a must.
