For our Client, international company in Krakow, we are currently looking for a candidate who would like to join the IT support EMEA team.

Holding this position you will be expected to providing IT support for employees, solving requests, updating and preparing reports of requests, providing short trainings for new employees about IT systems and participating in IT projects. In scope of your responsibilities will be also support users in daily operations issues (hardware / software / network problems). Additionally you will use the ticket system to document and manage problems.

To be successful in this role you should have at least 6 months experience in IT support area – good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments: hardware(computer building), software (especially MS Office and Windows), network. Moreover you should have great customer focus, communication skills and speak fluent English.
