- Responsible for coordinating communication between the Client"s HQ and country representatives mostly across EMEA markets
- Coordinating and negotiating approvals from the Client for local digital initiatives
- For central requests based on the same approach for multiple markets - IC will need to ensure there is no compliance issue from copyrights perspective (compliance check and copyright management)
- Monitoring and post implementation review of central requests on local markets in terms of consistency against original request from the Client
- Gathering information from the Client on the decisions with regards to the changes required to i.e. online advertising, passing them to the defined countries and monitoring their implementation
- Coordinating roll-outs of digital projects simultaneously across many markets
- Handling local digital activities related requests from Client's representatives on local markets across EMEA
- Coordination of communication and cooperation with Client's creative agencies and media house
- Gathering input across markets for Client's reporting
- Creative assets management
- Ensuring Client's central strategy and guidelines are followed by the local markets across EMEA
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in the field of business communication in an international environment, in a client-facing role
- Excellent project management, organizational and relationship management skills, combined with ability to coordinate and monitor roll out of digital projects across many stakeholders onshore and offshore
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English – highly developed skills in business writing are a must
- Knowledge of Italian – preferably at least at communicative level (any other language capability is a plus)
- Understanding of and experience with digital marketing
- Experience with digital content management and adaptation, preferably in a brand-focused role
- Strategic thinking, attention to details and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Use of: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- BA/BS or Masters degrees (ideally Marketing, Business, International Relations)
- Understanding of graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop would be a plus
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
