International Corporate Agent with Languages

Job description:
- Handling enquires, collaborating with colleagues across the business to provide an excellent services;
- Issue weekly/ monthly reports to identify areas where other functions can driveimprovements in the customer experience by analysing trends;
- Staying up-to-date with internal and external Clients, and identifying potential areas for improvement;
- Communicate and document system and process changes to the business;
- Contact with companies/clients and/or other sources to assure the reliability of information, also conducting data validation exercises to ensure our systems reflect the same and correct information;
- Providing work-arounds and solutions to get users working quickly;
- Being actively involved in team group.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English is a must (B2-C2)
- Advanced in another foreign language for example: German/ French/ Swedish/ Dutch, or Finish;
- Having interpersonal and communication skills;
- Sales related and/or customer experience oriented preferred
- Motivation to learn new skills and competences to progress a self-career
- Ready to work independently and be proactive in solving day-to-day issues
- Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow processes
