Opis stanowiska:
For our client, international well-established manufacturing company, for their Global Intranet team, we are currently looking for an Intranet Champion with Search experience to support our global intranet systems.
We are looking for a person who can understand the challenges and act as a bridge between business and IT, who is passionate about customer service, and who eagerly shares knowledge and encourages others to do the same.
50% of this role will be spent on Intranet Champion tasks, while the other 50% of the position will be spent on the role of the Global Search Master to improve search results and facilitate knowledge findability on our intra- and extranets.

Wymagania:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of company’s business unit/functional needs and ability to consult and advise regarding appropriate solutions to meet needs. Experience in establishing effective partnerships within the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing solutions in a global information service organization, as well as training users in using the intranet.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing sites, managing content, creating and managing workflows on the SharePoint platform is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the major factors that influence search crawlability, indexing and keyword ranking; demonstrated experience working with the business to interpret and improve search results; demonstrated Search Engine experience in adjusting search parameters in SharePoint to return quality results.
- Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing solutions in a global information service organization, as well as training users in using the intranet.
