Responsibilities:
- 1st line of technical support
- Solving clients problems within Windows Operating systems, Office, Active Dictonary, Outlook, WAN/LAN, Adobe Acrobat
- Installation and configuration of software, hardware and network
- Implementation of follow-ups and new systems
Requirements:
- German as working language C1-C2
- Communicative English B2-C2
- BA in IT or related technical university degree
- At least 1 year of experience in technical phone-support
- High level of analytical skills
- Solve a problem attitude
