IT Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
- Establishing adequate Requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
- Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap, direct communication with Business
- Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
- Contribute information to IT Project Manager regarding risks and issues
- Supporting engineering and test teams with their understanding of the requirements and the resolution of issues.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven record in an Infrastructure Business Analyst role (min 1,5 years);
- Proven knowledge and experience in the Identity & Access management area
- Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery;
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and ability to interact with both the IT and the business stakeholders;
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience;
- Experience in corporate culture environments;
- Ability to manage client expectations and control/deliver the project; despite possible changes to requirements and scope;
- Working knowledge of RUP is an asset;
- E2E delivery - business stakeholders/Requirements/test support;
Nice to have:
- Jira and Confluence;
- ID Management.
- Industry best practice qualifications (e.g. CBAP, IREP)
