- You will provide technical support to CRM user community with regard to scope defined in the CRM sustain model
- You will be engaged in project/enhancement related activities.
- You will provide technical support to eCommerce applications and act as an extension of Global Supply Chain eCommerce team
- In your scope will be understanding of the benefits that supported software applications can bring to the enterprise and being an advocate of them
- You will provide technical support of SAP applications as part of Supply Chain production support on-call service
- You will represent IT SAP EMEA to IT Global Application Services Team and interacting with operational and supervisory personnel within the application services

- Build business acumen as a part of the development learn how the business and business processes operate to better solve problems, define solutions and align with business objectives
- Work with business users to gather and document business requirements for system changes and required solutions and align customer’s business processes with SAP functionality.
- Work with business functions to maintain system integrity across EMEA (user interface config changes)
- Ensure consistent high level of support services
- Provide expertise within assigned applications support scope and gain specialist knowledge of technology and software that helps in problem solving and problem prevention: eCommerce scope
- Engage in change/enhancement and project implementation activities
- Provide guidance
- Engage in production support activities:
- Assist in off hours on call support (respond to USD tickets and alerts per agreed guidelines)
- Be responsible for user support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and solve software problems
- Understand middleware components and escalate issues to middleware teams as appropriate (WebMethods)Support system testing activities during technical releases and application enhancement
- Background studies: IT, Logistics, Management or work experience equivalent
- 5-8 years of professional experience with min 3 years of combined SAP user and support experience
- 3+ years of experience with SAP CRM and/or Order to Cash process
- Strong analytical skills along with business analysis and documenting process
- Excellent communication skills - a MUST
- Flexibility to adjust to constantly changing environment
- Exposure to portions of SAP life cycle implementation - a PLUS
- Understanding of interface technology with SAP system - a PLUS
- Experience in front-end design and technology implementation - a PLUS
- Strong language skills: English is a MUST; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Russian is a PLUS
- Availability to travel for KT purposes and project work if required
- Knowledge of ALM - a PLUS
- Knowledge of PPM change process - a PLUS
