For our Client, dynamic global IT company, we are looking for: IT Product Support Specialist
Job Description:
- Providing support for business clients via phone, e-mail or chat;
- Verifying client’s identity, creating cases in the incident managements system and resolving technical issues;
- Recording the customer’s inquiry and initiating the escalation process when an issue cannot be resolved with available resources;
- Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users and team;
- Continues to develop application knowledge in specific product suite and operating environment and technologies;
- Understanding customer concerns and address then effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in related industry or software/technical support;
- Possesses working knowledge of assigned product and basic knowledge of operating environments;
- Advanced problem solving and analytic skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Data recovery operation and troubleshooting;
- Very good German or French and English.
