Your role
Are you passionate about Operational Risk and Risk Control? Do you know how to work well in a dynamic environment?
If yes, then we are looking for you to:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders within the risk space in Group Technology,
- Supporting onshore IT divisions to govern their risk portfolio,
- Track undertaken remediation activities and ensure their completeness,
- Ensure senior stakeholders know the up-to-date risk status for their organization,
- Analyzing IT Risk related technical processes to identify opportunities for improvement and/or further development,
- Conduct Risk Assessments to assess compliance with the company's policies, standards and procedures,
- Working with other teams on improving various risk processes,
Your team
Your team is a part of a bigger organization providing Risk & Regulatory Shared Services across GCOO; this role will be focussed on Group Technology and is based in Zabierzow/Krakow. Our focus is to support the Group Technology in day to day operational risk and control management.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- University degree (preferably in Science or Information Technology) or relevant professional experience,
- 2 or more years of experience in risk control frameworks,
- Experience of offshoring services and handling process changes,
- Understanding of:
- Risk Management concepts and their implementation in practice,
- IT related controls and risks,
- Ability to understand technical information and to communicate it to non-technical staff,
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and writing skills,
- Experience of stakeholder management,
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
- Attention to details,
- Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines,
- Able to work independently but also flexible and adaptive to a changing work environment
Additional assets:
- Hold certification in one of the following: COBIT, CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ITIL
- Technical project management skills
